The target audience are white / British middle class aged 12 to 65 years old.

Going to other worlds or space . New technology and science.

Doctor who had a really huge fan base that would help them to rely on them to get money.

Doctor who shows and educates its new audience with science and technology. It also educates them in history from the past and how much impact it has caused.

4) How is the BBC funded?

The TV licence which is held in all the British households.

5) Who regulates the BBC and is the watershed?

The rule of the channel on air after 9pm so they cannot watch any explicit things. However this rule has chnaged.
