1) What was the point of BBC3 when it was launched? You can find the answer in the notes above. 

it was supposed to provide new and unique programming to a target audience of viewers between 16 and 34 years old. it is more entertaining as it is for more young people. it also showed more diversity between the characters.

2) Why did BBC3 go online-only in February 2016? (consider how young people consume media and give a statistic from the notes to prove your answer)

the BBC3 recognized that the younger people may watch TV at different times.

3) How does Class meet the BBC's mission statement to 'inform, educate and entertain'? Use your own words and try to say how it is entertaining (with at least two examples from the episode) and how it is educational / informative (give at least two examples from the episode)

class was made to entertain because you witness gory fight scenes , computer generated special effects and monsters with different planets and worlds that take you out of reality. It is also very educating as it shows the diversity of the characters , normalising homosexuality and disability making it more ' ordinary like'. however, this may be more less diverse as the disable mother could walk again in the first few episodes and charlie the alien actually has no clue with the human world . this clearly is trying to show that charlie thinks that it is normal which it is but he more like thinks that there is no such thing as homosexuality.

4) Why did Class not do very well with audiences? Give three reasons in your own words.

3}no one was sure what it was aimed at for

5) Why do you think the fact that it was a Spin-off show from Doctor Who was not successful?

this is because of the episodes of the first season going really fast in one go.
